Amos Tranque is a Spanish born fashion designer. He started to be interested in the field of Arts and Design from a very young age. After graduating from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, he had the opportunity to relocate to South Africa where he showcased his collections at South African Fashion Week and started his ready-to-wear label. In 2017, he moved to Barcelona where he envisioned to centralise and settle the brand.

Amos is continuously conceptualizing the essence of his works, mainly inspired by disciplines such as psychology and philosophy. “I am fascinated by human behavior topics and I mainly find myself searching for ways of translating these themes into garments.”

In his designs, elements of simplicity are mixed with luxurious streetwear and dark Fashion. A minimalistic and experimental approach is the backbone of his brand. A label for the individual who appreciates fashion as a language.

Our studio is located in El Born, one of the most charismatic neighbourhoods of Barcelona. Surrounded by artisans and local designers, the space is perfectly suited for letting our creativity come alive and allows us to experiment with each and every collection we create. It also serves as a strategic point of sales, where we can personally interact with our customers. This helps us to reflect on their needs and at the same time stay true to the brand’s identity.

At Amos Tranque we aim to keep our production as local and artisanal as possible. The full manufacturing cycle of all our garment is carefully undertaken at our own Atelier.
